High Shear mixing and granulation is a crucial step in granules/tablet manufacturing. HSM are used widely in the pharmaceutical industry for decades as a wet granulation system when the process needs high granule density and rapid granulation. HSMG decides the quality of tablets coming out from the compression machine as the properties of granules fed to the compression machine are decided in this step.
IN HSM POWDERS with the help of granulating fluids/binders or using low melting waxy material convert into agglomerates. The agitator blades provide high shear to get effective dense granules while the chopper prevents excessive growth of granules to achieve uniform size agglomerates.

Z-shape impeller proven for its maximum efficiency which reduces processing time and power consumption vis-à-vis straight impeller. Our design offers a minimum gap between impeller and bowl to maximize product yield and effective granulation. Z Shape design offers more swipe angle and tip speed.
Special shaft seal along with optimized air purging for impeller and chopper ensures zero cross-contamination.
Vent filters are necessary to remove purged air and retain granules during the process.
Exenity’s HSMG is capable of various loading options like manual loading, loading using Lifting and positioning devices, and vacuum loading.
Binder can be added manually, using various pumps like a peristaltic pump, AODD pump, or lobe pump based on the viscosity of binding liquids.
